Your platform is built to order and they don’t float across the pond from some other country. We are eagerly waiting on parts to be delivered so we can begin shipping products to customers as soon as possible. It'll be mid to late May 2018 before we can fulfill orders.

You will be notified by email when your platform is ready for delivery.

Shipping & Returns


We ship to any location in the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally (including Canada and APO/FPO addresses) at this time. Shipping is calculated based on item weight and distance from our warehouse. Rates are determined by UPS and Tier 1 LTL Carriers.


Items may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Just keep your packing slip from your order. If you need to return the item for any reason, simply email our customer service team at and we will email you a UPS call tag and a return slip. Once you receive the call tag, repack the item including the return sheet. You MUST use the prepared UPS Call tag that we send to your email, and bring your package to an authorized UPS location. If you no longer have your pack slip, please contact customer service for return instructions. If you prefer not to use the UPS Return Service, please enclose the following information with your return merchandise to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately:

  • Your full name and address
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Desired action (replace item, exchange or refund)
